Arcus Quant Fund Capital (“Arcus,” “we,” “us”) operates arcusquantfund.com and provides systematic trading services executed on clients’ own brokerage and exchange accounts via trade-only API access. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

Account & contact details you provide at signup: name, email address, country, and estimated starting capital.

Exchange API credentials: trade-only API keys you generate (e.g. Binance). These are scoped to place trades on your account; we never request or hold withdrawal permission, and your funds never leave your own account.

Trading & performance data: balances, positions, and trade history read from your account to operate the strategy and produce your reports.

Technical data: standard web logs (IP, browser, pages visited) and cookies strictly necessary for authentication and security.

To operate the trading bot on your account, monitor risk, and generate your performance reports and dashboard.

To communicate with you about your account, agreements, and service updates.

To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your capital always remains in your own brokerage/exchange account — Arcus never takes custody.

API keys are configured as trade-only and, where supported, IP-restricted to our servers. Withdrawal permission is never requested and should be left disabled.

You can revoke API access at any time from your exchange; the bot stops executing within seconds.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the platform — for example hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), email delivery, and your exchange’s API — each only to the extent needed to provide the service.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our clients and platform.

Credentials are stored with access controls and encryption in transit. Keys are trade-only and revocable. We apply least-privilege access and monitor for anomalies. No system is perfectly secure, but we design to minimise the impact of any single failure.

We retain account and trading records for as long as your account is active and thereafter as needed for legal, accounting, and reporting purposes. You may request deletion of personal data that we are not required to retain.
